Through enriching after-school programs, empowering parent workshops, and accessible transportation services, we provide parents with the tools they need to communicate effectively with educators, nurture their children’s strengths, and build collaborative relationships that reinforce a child’s growth and development. Our programs also focus on equipping parents with the knowledge and skills to find and use community resources that enhance their family’s quality of life. At Beegr8t, we nurture a culture where empathy fosters understanding, resilience transforms challenges, and each family gains the skills to lead positive change, hence strengthening their homes and communities.

For over 20 years, our founder has been dedicated to making a difference in the lives of families facing homelessness. Through her unwavering commitment, she has provided housing, meals, and vital community resources to those in need. Recognizing the importance of holistic support, she has also established enrichment programs for school-aged children, emphasizing the value of education and growth. In 2024, this vision of compassion and service took a bold step forward with the creation of Beegr8t Organization. Together with a passionate board of like-minded individuals, the organization is devoted to expanding its reach and uplifting even more families. By fostering meaningful community partnerships, Beegr8t Organization is paving the way for a brighter future, rooted in care, collaboration, and hope.

Tanika Hinton is a dedicated and passionate advocate with over 20 years of experience empowering, educating, and creating safe spaces for youth and families. Her mission is to inspire others to reach their full potential, whether by encouraging mothers to pursue their goals or teaching children essential communication skills.
As the Founder and Chief Operator of Beegr8t Organization, Tanika has positively impacted the lives of countless families by providing them with the tools and resources they need to thrive. Her expertise in fostering partnerships with shelters and community organizations has enabled her to deliver comprehensive support to at-risk families, and she actively seeks new collaborations to expand her reach and impact.
Tanika holds a Master of Arts in Psychology and a certification in psychological assessment, equipping her with a deep understanding of human behavior and the skills to address the unique needs of diverse populations. Her leadership experience spans more than two decades, during which she has honed her ability to mentor, guide, and inspire.
Her extensive volunteer work highlights her commitment to serving her community. Tanika has volunteered at nursing homes, mentored grade-school girls, and even offered free dance lessons to children, fostering creativity and confidence. Additionally, she has served as a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them design effective after-school programs, secure funding, and navigate the complexities of business startups.
Tanika’s unwavering dedication to empowering others and her proven track record of service make her a beacon of hope for families in need. Through her work with Beegr8t Organization, she continues to create meaningful change, one family at a time.
